Information for ordering, exchanging or returning Wolt Partner gear is collected here.
All available in one registration form!
The gear will be sent to the address chosen by you.
The exchange will take place at the same time - the courier will come to collect the old gear and hand over the new one to you.
The registration form is easy and quick to fill out - you don't even need to enter your name, phone number and e-mail address - this information will be automatically integrated from your Partner profile!
Each gear order link is unique and cannot be shared.

by opening the help section in the Partner app and selecting the option “gear”.
A proper delivery bag is an integral part of the Courier-partner’s work. The uniform usage is your free choice, but it indicates a professional approach and good service. The form will help our restaurant and store Partners, as well as customers, to recognise and trust you.
