Accepting orders

When going online, you will start receiving tasks that can be accepted.

Upon the offer, the basic information about this task is provided:

• Venue name;

• Delivery address;

• Total distance that has to be traveled;

• Estimated total task fee.

Rejecting orders

As your own boss, it is totally up to you whether you want to accept or reject the offered tasks.

Keep in mind, that your choices can have a big influence on your delivery experience and the earnings you collect.

Rejecting the order is really simple. You just have to click the "decline order" button on the top of the interface:

It makes sense to accept all tasks that you are being offered

When a new order is placed, the algorithm in our app automatically calculates which courier partner is the most optimal to deliver the task.

The calculation is based on your location, your vehicle type and the pick-up time of the order.

But remember, it is up to you which orders you want to accept and deliver!
